About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT focus is at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, working closely with department heads to attract, engage, and onboard the best talent across all areas of our organization. This position plays a vital role in matching the right candidates to the right roles.


This is a fully in-office role based in Kraków


Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Support Hiring Managers based in multiple locations through the entire hiring process including the definition of IT job descriptions and salary benchmarks.

- Ensure the publication of IT job advertisements on relevant job boards, reviewing and selecting applications according to the job requirements.

- Lead professional job interviews in English (and Polish) for variety of positions in the IT department.

- Actively propose new ways to attract candidates in multiple locations, including active sourcing, for specialized functions.

- Collaborate with the local HR team and Global recruitment team (Switzerland, Serbia, Romania, Spain, UK, Canada).

- Organize, coordinate, and represent the company at job fairs to attract top talent and contribute to recruitment-related projects.

- Collaborate with HQ and global offices to align recruitment strategies, share best practices, design templates and support international talent acquisition initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards, including those related to GDPR and data protection, in all processes.

- Prepare, post and promote job openings across various channels local and global.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Law, or Management.


- Experience: 6+ year in IT recruitment.


- Sourcing & Interviewing: Strong candidate search and English communication skills.


- Excellent time management and organizational skills.


- Willingness to go an extra mile in networking and maintaining great relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


- Good understanding of HR processes in general.


- Ability to handle confidential information and interact professionally with internal and external contacts.
